Dreams in Action: Highlights from the D2S Summer Internship Summ-ory

We are excited to share the success of the inaugural Dream2Story Summer Intern Program, which welcomed eight participants aged 14 to 17 for an enriching 8-day experience. What started as a simple work placement with an NGO blossomed into a dynamic “experiential program” filled with meaningful activities.
Engaging Activities
Interns had the opportunity to shadow front-line staff at two co-working locations in Hong Kong, gaining firsthand insights into professional environments. They also enjoyed a hands-on experience as coffee baristas at a private French kitchen, fostering teamwork and creativity.
Skill Development
Participants attended a CV writing workshop led by D2S mentors, learning how to craft impactful resumes. Additionally, they engaged in a lunch-and-learn session on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, gaining valuable knowledge about corporate responsibility.
The summer internship aimed to empower youth with practical skills and confidence. We are proud of our interns and grateful to our mentors and partners for their invaluable support.
