Our pilot 10-week programme was conducted between February 2023 and May 2023.

The program centred around a business case competition targeting groups of F4-F5 students.  Through series of workshops, company visits and mentorship sessions, the programme aimed at unleashing students’ creativity, developing their self-confidence and business skills and nurturing their entrepreneurial spirits. A detailed survey conducted at the end of the program helped us validate the design and execution of the program as well as the design of D2S:Mentors which we have incorporated in subsequent D2S initiatives.ness Solutions
